Flat Stanley
I didn't realize I was going to be traveling to the Holy Land with a friend from home, but in my mail I found a great letter from Hildy in Ms. Shaffer's third grade class. Included with the letter was Flat Stanley.
I invited Flat Stanley to come with me to the Holy Land and he accepted so we will be traveling together. Luckily he doesn't take up much room so he can fit in my carry on luggage.

ReplyDeleteWow, oh wow. I thought the volcano tour was a great update. And now off to Israel! How does Emil say it on the Food Channel, BAM! I have a friend is Israel I have been trying to get to see. Always something holding us back. When you get there, look towads Tel Avie and wave to "Jim & Hanna" for me. Glad to see the school children have you in their thoughts and prayers as well as many other parishoners. Be safe, travel well, and bring back a small stone or even just a pebble from the Holy Land.
